If NBA commissioner David sterns, and his league rules do not involve a strong part against Isiah being the leader of a club his policies should be adjusted. Some may wonder that he worries more about the dress code then a possible sexual harassment suit. Stern sounds like he is trying to present himself as a lawyer and defend where he stands.
Because of the fact that the case was as clear as day to sterns, and that he was guilty on 7 of 9 accounts there should be no reason on why he thinks the case is unclear. What is truly important in my eyes, is not that Stern is trying to cover his tracks but the simple fact that he should be focusing on what's appropriate as a literal fact and what's appropriate as the NBA's policy.
