Another quick exit for the Yankees

As another October rolls around the Yankees have rolled out of the playoffs in the first round yet again. The difference in this year is that this may result in drastic change. This may be the end of a 12 year employment fir Joe Torre. The bombers faded away in a 6-4 defeat. This may lead to Steinbrenner taking action like he promised over the weekend.

His statement went along the lines that he pays Torre to much, and that he is the highest payed manager in baseball, and that he is not producing like he should be. Tony LaRussa has came out of the woodwork as the Yankees most likely candidate for the position. As a personal affect I would hate to see Torre go he has produced a great ball club and many championships for the dynasty.
